Our tiered verification system provides informational trust indicators:

This dealer has completed enhanced verification including business license confirmation, insurance verification, and identity validation.

License Confirmed

This dealer's business license has been confirmed by Z&M Marketplace.

Basic Verified

This dealer has completed basic identity and contact verification.

Unverified

This dealer has not yet completed the verification process.

Verification badges are informational indicators only. They represent the level of verification completed but do not constitute a guarantee of seller reliability, honesty, or vehicle condition.

Listing Review Process

All listings undergo a review process that may include:

  • VIN validation and cross-referencing
  • Photo authenticity checks
  • Pricing reasonableness assessment
  • Duplicate listing detection
  • Content policy compliance review

Listing review helps maintain quality but does not verify the physical condition of vehicles or the accuracy of all seller claims.

Trust Your Instincts

If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. Walk away from suspicious situations.

Reporting Fraud or Abuse

If you encounter suspicious activity, fraudulent listings, or policy violations, please report them immediately. You can:

  • Call our fraud hotline (available during business hours)

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include listing removal, account suspension, or referral to law enforcement.

Platform Limitations

While we strive to create a trustworthy marketplace, users should be aware that:

  • Z&M Marketplace does not physically inspect vehicles
  • We cannot verify all claims made by sellers
  • Verification badges indicate process completion, not guaranteed outcomes
  • We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers
  • We do not provide warranties or guarantees on vehicles
  • Users are responsible for their own due diligence

Cooperation with Authorities

Z&M Marketplace cooperates with law enforcement agencies investigating fraud, theft, or other criminal activity related to vehicle transactions on our platform.
