Price negotiations and offer discussions
Requesting additional photos or documentation
Discussing logistics of vehicle pickup or delivery
Professional follow-up on previous conversations

Prohibited Communication

Spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content
Harassment, threats, or abusive language
Discriminatory or offensive content
Requests for personal financial information (bank accounts, SSN)
Attempts to move transactions off-platform to avoid safety features
Sharing of third-party personal information without consent
Solicitation for services unrelated to vehicle transactions
Phishing attempts or links to malicious websites

Response Expectations

While not required, we encourage sellers and dealers to:

  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
  • Provide clear and honest answers to questions
  • Be transparent about vehicle condition and pricing
  • Communicate any changes to listing status promptly

Dealers on paid plans may have response time commitments as part of their service level.
