Terms of Service

By accessing or using Z&M Marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Z&M Marketplace is an intermediary platform that connects vehicle buyers with sellers and licensed dealers. We do not own, inspect, warrant, or guarantee any vehicles listed on the Platform. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. Z&M Marketplace is not responsible for the condition, legality, or accuracy of any listing or the performance of any party in a transaction.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Sellers and dealers agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful vehicle information
• Include genuine, unaltered photographs
• Disclose known defects, damage, or title issues
• Maintain valid pricing information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not list stolen, salvaged (unless disclosed), or illegally modified vehicles

Z&M Marketplace offers verification badges as informational trust indicators. These badges represent the level of verification a seller or dealer has completed and do not constitute a guarantee of reliability, honesty, or vehicle condition.

Badge levels include Basic Verified, License Confirmed, and Trusted Dealer. Each level reflects specific verification steps completed, not an endorsement by Z&M Marketplace.

Buyers are encouraged to:

• Conduct independent due diligence before any purchase
• Arrange independent vehicle inspections
• Verify vehicle history reports and VIN information
• Use secure payment methods
• Meet sellers in safe, public locations
• Never send wire transfers or payment before seeing the vehicle

All communication through the Platform must comply with our Communication Guidelines. Messages must be vehicle-transaction related, professional, and respectful. Users may not use the messaging system for spam, harassment, or solicitation unrelated to vehicle transactions.

Basic listing on Z&M Marketplace may be free for private sellers. Dealers may subscribe to paid plans for additional features. Featured listing upgrades and other premium services may incur fees. All fees are disclosed before purchase.

Users may not:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or verification processes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

Z&M Marketplace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z&M Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction facilitated through it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the reliability of users, or the outcome of any transaction.

Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly between the parties. Z&M Marketplace may, at its discretion, assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so. Z&M Marketplace is not responsible for resolving transaction disputes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
